What we do in the pilot
During the pilot, we handle everything manually:
- Deploy Plausible analytics on your client websites
- Configure goals / events (page views, conversions, key actions)
- Ensure GDPR-friendly setup (no cookies, no personal data)
- Deliver simple monthly reports (PDF / email / Notion)
- Provide email support and iteration based on feedback
No dashboards to manage. No scripts to tune. No consent popups.
Typical setup effort: ~30–60 minutes per site (depending on access/CMS).
Reporting approach
Reports are intentionally simple and client-friendly. During the pilot, report structure and KPIs are refined together based on your clients’ needs and feedback.
Typical reports include:
- Traffic overview and trends
- Key pages and content performance
- Defined goals / conversions
- Short written interpretation (what changed, what matters)

About GA4 migration
We don’t migrate historical GA4 data. Instead, we define replacement KPIs and create a clean baseline from day one.

We can provide a basic Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for the pilot.

Pricing during pilot
Pilot pricing: €10–€20 per site / month, depending on number of sites and reporting needs.
